Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead a cross‑functional team supporting projects from pursuit inception through construction and commissioning.

• Coordinate design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients.
• Work with the Group Manager of Preconstruction to develop best‑in‑class Preconstruction services for internal and external clients.
• Keep project leadership informed of open or unresolved design issues and track design and cost changes during project development.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to present the benefits of Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services.
• Utilize Faith Technologies Project Status Report (PSR), Task Item Analysis (TIA), Roles & Responsibilities Tracker, and Preconstruction Cost reports to monitor project progress and engineering, design, and CAD project budgets.
• Oversee development of designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions.
• Act as single point of contact for the Project Manager for all Preconstruction activities.
• Provide guidance to project managers during the design phase to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience:
  
  10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel: 15–25% of time.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work as needed to meet business needs.
