ERM Technician

Electrical Risk Management (ERM) Technicians are responsible for infrared testing, NFPA
70E audits, service installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings. With safety as our core value, all jobsites participate in daily safety initiatives such as toolbox talks and operational risk management meetings.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Provide thermal imaging services to customers as requested.
• Develop and integrate project schedules effectively with customers.
• Maintain mutually beneficial customer relationships and demonstrate problem‑solving techniques.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Immediately identify, correct, or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
• Work as a member of a cohesive team and perform other related duties as required.

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (approximately 8,000 hours).
  minimum requirement
• Travel: 40–70%
• Work schedule:
  
  6am – 6pm, Monday through Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.
