Work Order Management- Monitor, review, and prioritize incoming service requests.
- Track assigned work orders through completion and ensure client deadlines are met.
- Identify aging or at‑risk work orders and elevate concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate updates and documentation within company systems.
- Proactively follow up with Operations teams regarding outstanding service requests.
- Communicate service status updates and assist in resolving delays.
- Support SLA compliance through regular monitoring and follow up.
- Generate and distribute recurring reports.
- Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems.
- Monitor trends and provide visibility into aging work orders.
- Provide backup support during periods of high volume or team absences.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatching, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with work order management systems, CRM platforms, or dispatching software.
- Experience in facilities management, property management, or service operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Proactive problem-solving and follow‑through.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization.
