LIBRARY ASSISTANT-RPT GR.1 RICHARDS MEMORIAL LIBRARY

PART-TIME (16 HOURS PER WEEK)

PAY RANGE: $16.01 TO $18.55 PER HOUR

Duties include serving patrons at the circulation desk, checking materials in and out, helping patrons find items, placing holds for patrons, showing the public how to use the online catalog, helping people use e-content on their devices, shelving materials and reading shelves. Other duties as assigned. Circulation staff work 4-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule. The shifts are as follows during the library's regular schedule:
Specific schedules will be provided during the interview process.

• 9:00am - 1:00pm
• 1:00pm - 5:00pm
• 4:00pm - 8:00pm
