Responsibilities- Manage to high levels of execution and tight cycle times from start to end of the enhancement process.
- Utilizes Salesforce tools to properly update and document customer and service partner information in our system.
- Manages workflow associated with client 3rd party systems and work orders on assigned client locations under their management responsibility.
- Manage quality of out-of-scope work and validates services are being completed on time and to the specified scope of work.
- Communicate to client at various levels, to include regional and store level via email and phone calls about the status of past, present, and future services.
- Work closely with the Regional Directors of Operations on the National team to keep on target with assignments and information sharing.
- Successfully communicates with and negotiates pricing with service partners in order to attain monthly budgets and margin targets for the business.
- Closely monitors and manages client SLAs and KPIs related to out of scope requests and processing.
- Helps manage capital projects to completion as needed.
- Monitors proposals needed and other out of scope dashboards in Sales Force.
- Manages service partner ETAs to meet client expectations for delivery.
- Available to work and support the service delivery teams for all snow events and long duration shifts.
- Associate degree or higher in an industry related or business discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of snow / landscape / construction experience preferred, but not required.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a team and closely with cross functional teams.
- Must be action oriented, demonstrate superior organizational abilities, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, deadlines and communicate across broad audiences.
