Bcba - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Short Term Substitute

Position Summary

Short-term substitute & full-time board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) role for schools in North Attleborough Public Schools. Estimated start date:
April 2026. Estimated end date:
June 2026. The position is full-time under 90 days.

$125 per day. Independent contract – student service.

• Current BCBA endorsement.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience in school/educational settings.
• Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavioral Evaluations and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Experience working with school-aged students (PK-12+) with a wide range of disabilities, knowledge of developmental norms, understanding of DESE Curriculum Guidelines, data collection and analysis, evidence-based interventions, regular reporting to stakeholders and experience writing/implementing IEP goals and objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to be trained in Safety Care.
• Board certification required – Laba/Lba.

Collaborate with educators, especially service providers, to achieve positive student outcomes.
