As a client financial specialist at Bank of America, you will provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build financial plans using brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Maintain required industry licenses and complete required training.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset with focus on client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Hold or currently hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
Hourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65 (based on experience, education, and skill set). This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
SAFE Act RegistrationThis position requires SAFE Act registration and an acceptable background check. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
