Water Quality Supervisor – Grade 10

Water Department – DPW

Full‑time (38 hours per week)

Salary range: $1,483.00 – $2,052.90

• Manages and supervises daily operations and maintenance activities of the Water Division.
• Ensures compliance with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and relevant regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
• Prepares and administers the budget effectively.

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in water industry field operations.
• Strong supervisory ability and proven experience with budget preparation and administration.
• Thorough familiarity with water supply, treatment, and distribution system operations.
• Massachusetts Water Treatment Operator License, T‑3, and Water Distribution License, D‑3.
• Valid vehicle operator’s license required.
