We are hiring an SMT Operator for our client in the North Attleborough area.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of SMT Operator experience, with SMT being your current or most recent position.
- Proven track record of strong performance in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting a variety of SMT equipment.
- Pick‑and‑Place machines
- Solder Paste Screen Printers
- Reflow Ovens
- 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
- X‑Ray Inspection equipment
- Ability to identify and resolve SMT process issues.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and electronic assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
Pay: $26-28 per hour W2 depending on experience.
