Debbie's Staffing is now recruiting a Production Worker for our client located in North Attleboro, MA!
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience
- Schedule:
8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
The Production worker works in the Manufacturing departments as an assistant in the process. This is a very hands-on role that consists of gathering and prepping materials, racking completed medals, and other hands-on tasks. You will not be required to assist in operating machinery in this role. As a production worker you are responsible for providing efficient and capable help to all departments when needed.
Objectives& Responsibilities:
- To assist in the production process and creation of products
- Racking and organizing medals that have been created
- Preparation and collection of material for production
- Assisting in the assembly of any products
- Maintain all work areas to be clean and neat
- Performing basic quality checks on products
- Entering data and maintaining the master ticket
- Assisting with inventory management and material tracking
- Read and interpret work orders
- Communicate any issues with the work supervisor
- Assist in the stacking, packing, counting, and labeling steps of the process
- Work effectively with team members in solving problems and completing tasks
Qualifications:
- There is no prior experience require for this role
- A high school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Very strong Attention to detail
- Must have a basic understand of how to use and operate a computer
- The ability to critically listen to and operate on discussed plans
- Has strong communication skills and can work in a team environment
- Must have a Strong attention to detail
