Position Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – New Graduate. This opportunity is either full‑time (32 hrs per week) or part‑time (24 hrs per week), offers full benefits and options to work day (7 am – 3:30 pm), evening (3 pm – 11:30 pm), or overnight (11 pm – 7:30 am) shifts. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
FacilityFuller Hospital is a 109‑bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, adolescents with general psychiatric issues, and patients with co‑occurring psychiatric and substance‑abuse disorders. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co‑occurring substance‑abuse disorders.

As a newly graduated Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a psychiatric setting, assist in developing individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts (or eligible to receive or renew)
