The Seasonal Peak Associate role is a temporary seasonal position that supports essential store operations, including register support, freight receiving, and product merchandising. The role contributes to a positive customer experience and efficient store operations during peak seasons and in new stores being opened.

• Provide exceptional service and build friendly rapport through the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases.
• Promote company‑wide customer initiatives such as donations, loyalty programs, and special offers.
• Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Unload deliveries per company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor.
• Safely set up and move fixtures as needed.
• Collaborate effectively, communicate opportunities for improvement to store leadership, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Understand, support, and implement safety protocols throughout the store.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe environment through regular cleaning and janitorial tasks.

• Preferred:
  Prior experience in merchandise receiving, handling, and stocking in retail or warehouse environments.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Legible handwriting and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazards.
• Physical demands include frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, use of hand tools, ladders, and repetitive motion.
