Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Follow AP Directives and Company policy during apprehensions and investigations;
Document all stages of investigations and manage records of apprehensions, statements, and evidence;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with laws and policy;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP or Store leadership
