Therapeutic Training & Support Staff / Therapeutic Mentor - Part Time or Per Diem
This is a bachelor’s level dual position where you would take cases as both a Therapeutic Training & Support Staff (TT&S) and a Therapeutic Mentor (TM). Applicants must be available to work 24 hours per week part time and/or Per Diem.
Responsibilities- Provide mental and behavioral health services to children/adolescents and their families in the home and community settings.
- Co‑facilitate family sessions and conduct individual skill‑building sessions.
- Assist clients with crisis planning and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and billing for each client.
- Submit timesheets and weekly paperwork within required deadlines.
- Participate in one hour of face‑to‑face supervision per week and mandatory staff meetings.
- Work alongside a master’s level In‑Home Therapist to provide services within the IHT program.
- Co‑facilitate family sessions and conduct individual skill building.
- Take clients out into the community to practice daily living, social, and communication skills.
- Collaborate weekly with a MA level “Hub” for guidance and intervention strategies.

Hours: Part time (24 hrs) or full time (32–40 hrs). Schedule is flexible with families; sessions typically after school or weekends as needed.
Caseload: 4–6 clients for part‑time, 8–10 for full‑time; driven by hours not set limits.
Areas of Service: Southeast MA region; may serve additional towns or nearby areas.
Crisis Stabilization: Provide support and safety plans; refer to 24‑hour crisis line if unavailable.
Supervision: One hour per week of face‑to‑face supervision; weekly group supervision offered.
Staff Meetings: Mandatory one‑hour weekly (currently biweekly via Zoom due to COVID).
Paperwork: Progress notes, billing, timesheets, initial intake and treatment plan updates (every 3 months for TM).
Telehealth: In‑person sessions unless telehealth requested.
Requirements- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents. - Experience:
1–2 years preferred.
