The Navy Reserve Sailor also continues to hold educational opportunities through Tuition Assistance, DANTES, and your post‑9/11 or Montgomery GI Bill. Further education opportunities are available through the U.S. Naval War College and Senior Enlisted Academy, as well as certifications and licenses available through the Navy Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL).
Qualifications and Requirements- If you are currently in the Inactive Ready Reserve, or you have been off active duty for over six months, you will need to work with a Navy Officer Recruiter to begin the process of affiliating with the RC.
