Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our family‑oriented team at Adams Place, located at 350 Austin Graybill Road, North Augusta, SC 29860.
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (depending on experience).
Position Highlights- Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
- Keep records of work performed.
- Coordinate work with other departments to avoid interrupting patient care or normal business functions.
- Able to be on call for emergencies.
- Perform or direct duties related to building, equipment, grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc., which may include gardening, landscaping, cleaning‑up, snow removal, etc. (except work performed under service contract).
- Maintenance experience preferred, not required.
- H‑VAC experience preferred, not required.
- High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Knowledge of local codes and ordinances.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
