Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top‑quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, care partners, and appropriate others. The supervisor coordinates multidisciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes, and supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission, and goals.

The concepts of Patient Centered Care form the foundation for all nursing care. The supervisor demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times and provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

• Education:
  
  Graduated from an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program; BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS upon hire; NRP and TNCC within 6 months. ENPC preferred.
• Other:
  Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
