CNA​/LPN Staffing Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team FULL‑TIME. The position is open to a CNA with an active South Carolina Certification or an LPN with prior staffing and scheduling experience. The candidate will be organized, have superior communication skills, be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player. This role requires every‑other‑week call for staffing.

• Coordinate staffing schedules for the facility.
• Communicate with staff to ensure coverage and address staffing needs.
• Assist with call scheduling and replace coverage on an on‑call basis.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.

• Active South Carolina CNA certification or LPN license.
• Prior staffing and scheduling experience (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player.

• Pay: $17 – $19 per hour for CNA, $30 – $34 per hour for LPN.
