Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in the field, takes pride in high-quality plumbing solutions, and enjoys mentoring apprentices to help them grow in the trade.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs to code.
- Mentor, train, and support apprentices by demonstrating best practices and providing hands-on teaching.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Lead and oversee job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Support a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Journeyman license in SC or GA(or ability to obtain).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing, including leadership or mentorship roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching others.
