The Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator is responsible for overseeing landscape projects and maintaining the exterior grounds year-round. This role involves mowing, trimming, pruning, and coordinating with a team to keep facilities looking pristine and safe for customers and associates.

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete landscape tasks.
• Collaborate with fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid state-issued driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history and a clean driving record; ability to pass an MVR
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
• No DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years

• Two years of experience in the landscaping/gardening industry; DOT medical certification maintained for at least 90 days
• Experience with third-party management
• Proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Spanish language skills
• State/local licensing where required
