a Day Might Look Like Complete DVIR and equipment checks; stage PPE and confirm permits.
Deploy vacuum systems and pumps to remove waste and liquids safely.
Run hydroblasting for tank and boiler cleaning and decontamination.
Use forklifts, man lifts, and jackhammers to access and service work areas.
Execute chemical and water spill response, equipment decon, and hazardous/non-hazardous waste handling.
Document work, communicate hazards, and escalate equipment issues immediately.
Remain on-call when assigned; respond with urgency while never compromising safety or quality.
How You’ll Make an Impact Operate light and heavy industrial equipment with precision and care.
Follow company safety procedures and all regulatory requirements at all times.
Represent AIS professionally at customer sites, including in uniform.
Work independently when needed and collaborate tightly with your crew.

Reporting Line
Reports to:
Regional Manager Qualifications Current CDL with Tanker endorsement; valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.DOT medical qualification.
Ability to pass required drug screening and criminal history/background checks.
Willing and able to travel, typically within a four-hour driving radius.
Comfortable operating motor vehicles and industrial equipment with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined; prior experience in industrial, environmental, or construction settings preferred.
Complete company-provided training: 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry (CSE), and other safety/equipment courses.
Physical & Environmental Realities Perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
Lift and carry approximately 50–75 pounds.
Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, hoist, push, and pull for long durations.
Climb ladders, scaffolds, tanks, vessels, and similar structures.
Enter and work within confined spaces; tolerate elevated noise.
Work around chemical and physical hazards, including potentially hazardous, toxic, or corrosive substances.
Properly wear respirators and other PPE; maintain a clean-shaven face when required for fit.
Work shifts that may exceed eight hours; support emergency and on-call needs.
