Our client is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join their growing medical spa team in Texarkana, TX. This individual will be responsible for providing cosmetic injectable treatments, conducting patient consultations, educating clients on aesthetic and wellness services, and helping drive patient satisfaction through exceptional care and treatment recommendations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, a passion for aesthetics, and the ability to build long term client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.
Job Responsibilities- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on available treatments, wellness services, skincare products, and expected results
- Evaluate facial anatomy and make treatment recommendations that create natural looking outcomes
- Perform lab draws and support wellness services when needed
- Recommend additional treatments, memberships, and products based on patient goals
- Maintain detailed patient documentation and treatment records
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education
- Collaborate with providers, aestheticians, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in monthly aesthetic meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives
- Active RN or LVN license
- 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic treatment planning
- Ability to conduct consultations independently
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
- Comfortable recommending services and educating patients on treatment options
- Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinic experience
- Experience with wellness treatments and lab draws
- Established patient following
- Experience with skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Passion for aesthetics and continuing education
- $60k base + Commissions, ability to make well past 90k with commissions
- Additional bonus opportunities tied to product sales and service growth
