You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating 6+ direct labor hires per week, with an immediate project requiring 40-50 new hires. This is a dynamic, high-priority role with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and evolving business needs.

• Manage end-to-end hiring for direct labor roles across Illinois-based manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to meet weekly hiring goals. Facilitate the transition of temporary workers into permanent positions. Maintain and adapt to a dynamic project plan with shifting priorities.
• Ensure candidates meet baseline qualifications and align with company culture and expectations.

• 1–3 years of experience in light industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, goal-driven, and adaptable to change.

Compensation: $24.00-$27.00/hour.
