Job Overview

The Consolidation Warehouse Associate takes part in our Waste-In and Waste-Out operation by handling card board boxes filled with different recycling materials and consolidating like-materials into gaylord containers. This team member will work closely with the Waste Supervisor and Production Manager to prioritize daily tasks while working in a safe and productive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

* Opening cardboard boxes, emptying the materials into gaylord containers

* Picking full pallets off the line and moving them to designated storage areas

* Queuing outbound loads for outbound shipment.

* Implementing company procedures for the sortation, compliance, and consolidation of recycling waste

* Enforcing the importance of a clean working environment

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

* Current forklift certification or forklift experience

* General computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

* Ability to walk/stand on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long periods of time

* Attention to detail to ensure compliance

* Open to change focus and reprioritize as needed
