Forklift Operator

Position Overview

Are you a skilled Forklift Operator with a passion for precision and safety? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our warehouse operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products.

Starting at $21.07 per hour, plus shift differentials of $1.00 per hour for evening shifts and $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts.

• 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
• Follow safety regulations and quality standards
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
• Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
• Ensure damage‑free stacking of products
• Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management

• Six (6) months relevant experience; previous experience operating a clamp truck preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
• Minimum proficiency in English for effective training and communication about safety and quality issues
