Entry-Level Welder (MIG)
Location:
North Aurora, IL Pay: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st (5:00 AM 1:30 PM) Type:

Start your welding career with hands-on training and growth opportunities. We re looking for a motivated entry-level welder ready to learn and build skills in a supportive team environment.
What You ll Do- Perform MIG welding on a variety of components
- Read blueprints and measurements to plan layouts
- Set up materials and equipment for welding
- Cut and prepare parts using saws and grinders
- Align and clamp components for accurate welding
- Inspect finished welds for quality and consistency
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs
- Interest in welding or prior entry-level experience
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with a good work ethic
- Steel-toe shoes required
- PPE provided: face shield, safety glasses, gloves
- Hands-on training and skill development
- Opportunity for long-term placement
