Now Hiring: 1st Shift Welder (Overtime Available!). We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a premier local manufacturing team in an industrial setting specializing in engineered acoustic, vibration, and noise-control products. They design and produce solutions that help manage sound and vibration in commercial, industrial, architectural, and building environments. This is a fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys an early start and wants to maximize earnings with consistent overtime.

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Temp to Hire.

Schedule:

1st Shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM). Overtime:
Consistent overtime available for those who want to earn more.

• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures.
• Precision Setup:
  Prepare and align components using calipers, rulers, and other measuring tools; perform prep work with grinders as needed.
• Welding & Fabrication:
  Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions to weld, fabricate, and repair components.
• Inspection & Quality Control:
  Examine and test welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and identify defects.
• Safety & Maintenance:
  Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, rulers, etc.) for setup and fabrication.
• Proficiency with manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in multiple positions.
