2nd Shift Lead Fulfillment Associate

Compensation & Location

Compensation: $20.25 per hour. (Rate dependent on shift and may change due to business need.)

Location:

400 Smoketree Plaza, North Aurora, IL 60542.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:45 pm – 12:45 am.

This role reports to the Area Manager and the backup for this role is the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

• Receiving: This team accepts customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. Communicate arrivals and any exceptions.
• Picking: The picking team delivers products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. Pickers and their peers keep the flow of customer products moving and maintain the warehouse humming.
• Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products. The packing team ensures the quality of each shipment and works with picking to guarantee perfectly fulfilled shipments.

  Required:
  
  Assist in other areas outside normal day‑to‑day responsibilities to keep operations efficient.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains safety, quality, and legality. Follow operating procedures, report concerns, support traceability, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8–10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• May be required to help in other departments as needed.
• Willing to get your hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Adapt quickly to change.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Looking to get a foot in the door with a rapidly growing start‑up company.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
