Job Summary: Euclid Beverage is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. This position drives efficient warehouse performance through the associates they lead, ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely receipt, picking, and loading of products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, values safety, and has a strong ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards for productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service.

• Supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, inventory control, and inventory protection.
• Leads and coaches warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitors inventory, investigates discrepancies, and maintains accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Promotes a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and monitoring warehouse equipment conditions.
• Assists with workforce planning, special projects, and operational needs to ensure efficient warehouse performance and customer service.

• Prior warehouse experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred .
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to work the required hours: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

• Stacking duties require bending down on the floor level to lift beer cases weighing up to 20 pounds, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels, when full, up to 160 pounds, and empty, 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages.
• This position requires physical labor.
