General Labor​/Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora. In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 6:30 AM to 3 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

• Experience working in a warehouse environment

Role for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers, containers, and delivery trucks.
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets and utilize shrink wrap to prep goods safely for transport or storage.
• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks and stage stock in designated warehouse bays.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by sweeping aisles and disposing of trash or packaging materials.
