- - Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating decisions; build an open-door culture and manage staffing and scheduling.;
Ensure exceptional in-store and pet-parent experiences and maintain store standards; oversee safety and policy compliance.;
Direct store operations and collaborate with Store Leadership to drive in-store and community events; manage labor and training, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning.;
Analyze store performance and drive profitability, including managing expenses, scheduling, and reporting; oversee inventory controls.;
Supervise and mentor Experience Leader and Process Leader and a team of up to seventy associates; manage performance reviews and escalation processes.
