Uncle Giuseppe’s is seeking an Overnight Kitchen Production Lead to manage production during the 10:00 PM–6:30 AM shift. You will coordinate the overnight team, review production lists, assign tasks, and ensure all food is prepared, labeled, packaged, and stocked for the next day.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a high-volume kitchen (2+ years preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and quality during overnight hours.
