Pool Mechanic — $5,000 Signing Bonus (Miami Beach)
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually

Flamingo Blue Pools is hiring an experienced pool repair mechanic. We're a white-glove pool service company — 25 years in Miami Beach, the team with the pink trucks. Residential and commercial pools in Miami Beach and the Biscayne Bay area only — tight service area, no long hauls. We warranty our equipment work for one year, and our customers know their techs by name.
Repair work, not a cleaning route.
- Diagnose, repair, and install pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and salt systems
- Troubleshoot automation systems and pool electrical
- Equipment installations, plumbing repairs, and re-routes
- Resolve hydraulic, flow, and circulation issues
- Work independently from your own company truck (yes, it's pink)
- Proven pool equipment repair experience
- Electrical troubleshooting — multimeter fluency required
- Valid driver's license, dependable, on time
- $65,000–$80,000/year, based on experience
- $5,000 signing bonus: half at 90 days, half at 180 days
- Company truck and tools provided, gas covered
- PTO + paid holidays
- Year-round work
