Status: Temporary
- Location: Office-based
Seeking a Temporary Accounting & Administrative Specialist to support our accounting and administrative functions during a departmental transition. This role combines accounting support, bookkeeping, data entry, and general administrative duties in an office environment.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable, prepare payment batches, and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and support 1099 reporting
- Enter and maintain employee timesheets and labor records
- Perform data entry and general administrative support
- Maintain accounting, operational, safety, and compliance files
- Assist with calendar management, meetings, and reporting
- Support accounting system or process improvements as needed
- Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field with 1+ year experience, or 3+ years relevant experience
- AP, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
$25.
-$35 DOE
