Concierge with Extended Duties —
Inland Point
As the Concierge with Extended Duties for Inland Point you’re responsible for a number of different tasks including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable, and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour. In addition to building relationships with residents and their families, you’ll also be relied upon to help out other departments in a variety of different ways.

- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
- Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time
- Ownership attitude and ability to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions
- Excellent organizational skills and basic bookkeeping experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Quick learner who can master the programming of various systems
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Manage, maintain and process payroll
- Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
- Oversee resident and employee files
- Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
- Process accounts receivable and payable
- Coordinate medical rides and transportation for residents
- Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
- Maintain incoming calls and deliver messages
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move‑in packets ready for tours and admissions
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$23.00 - $25.00/hour
