• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP-CCC credentials
• State licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs

• Provide assessment and evaluation for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address student goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and reporting
• Offer guidance and resources to educators regarding communication strategies in the classroom
