The Opportunity

Join the largest healthcare provider on the Southern Oregon Coast as we expand our collaborative Oncology service line. Serving a catchment area of over 320,000, our Cancer Center is a proud member of the OHSU Knight Cancer Network, offering patients local access to world-class protocols, clinical trials, and cutting-edge radiation and infusion services. This is a rare opportunity to balance a high-caliber clinical practice with an incredible quality of life.

You will work within a modern, 19-chair infusion suite supported by a dedicated team of oncology-certified nurses, onsite pharmacy, and nurse navigation.

Position Highlights:
  • Work-Life Balance:
    Four 10-hour shifts per week; no nights or weekends.
  • Collaborative Environment:
    Work alongside two experienced Oncologists in a collegial, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Comprehensive Care:
    Primarily outpatient focus with occasional inpatient consults.
  • Supportive Infrastructure:
    Access to an onsite Employee Health & Wellness Clinic and an Onsite Child Care and Learning Center
Compensation & Benefits
  • Target Salary: ~$135,626 (Experience-based).
  • Sign-On Bonus & Relocation:
    Generous packages available (discussed at interview).

    Comprehensive benefits including a 6% employer match.
  • Time Off:
    Generous PTO plus CME allowance and paid professional fees.
  • Interview Perks:

Candidate Requirements
  • Licensure:
    Board Certified NP or PA;
    Oregon license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Specialization:
    • NPs: AONCP certification required (or in-process).
    • PAs:
      Oncology subspecialty or advanced oncology training highly preferred.
  • Connection to Oregon:
    Required. Candidates must have existing ties to Oregon (lived there previously or have family in the region).
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in Oncology (Inpatient or Outpatient) is highly preferred.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
  • Background:
    Clean malpractice history and a recent NPDB self-query report.
