Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Process and maintain accounts payable transactions and vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable activities, invoicing, and collections. Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Assist with month-end close and journal entries. Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs. Respond to vendor and customer account inquiries.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting experience. Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable required. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
