What You'll Be Doing- Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production goals.
- Monitor plant processes and perform routine inspections to maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform housekeeping and general plant duties to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant processes, equipment, and operating systems.
- Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
