• Client & Service Expert:
  Achieves individual sales goals; develops strong product knowledge across all categories; delivers exemplary customer service by delivering the Kate Spade experience; develops a personal connection with guests using effective selling skills.
• Leadership Presence:
  Achieves personal sales goals; maintains extensive product knowledge; partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and to initiate in-store business-driving events.
• Building Brand Equity:
  Understands and communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and lifestyle to the sales team and customers; builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador; relays client feedback to leadership to improve service and sales; adheres to company policies with honesty and integrity.
• Operational Excellence:
  Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, deposits, and securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills; proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture; elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods; able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.

BASE PAY RANGE $17.13 TO $18.00 Hourly. Tapestry complies with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
