Position: Full time Supervisor

About the Role

Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by ensuring brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.

  • Creates a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to associates, supervising and providing consistent coaching in the sales training process.
  • Proactively resolves consumer concerns consistent with company policy and for consumer satisfaction; partners with the store manager on elevated consumer issues.
  • Participates in training for new hires and current employees on company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs.
  • Partners with store management to set expectations, coach and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention and talent; delivers formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.
  • Efficiently handles all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
  • Works with the Store Manager, Associate Manager or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
  • Supervises the store team in the absence of another member of management.
  • Complies with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures and programs, and follows directives of store management.

  • Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Can perform all essential job functions and is able to lift up to 40 pounds; may be required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, type, reach overhead and climb ladders.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
