Morning parttime Sales Associate

Levi Strauss & Co. is a retailer that values sustainability, ethical practices, and style innovation. The Stylist role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering a superior customer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Model and coach the brand heritage, service standards, and product knowledge for customers.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions tailored to individual consumer needs.
• Promote Levi’s® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns consistently with company policy and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on handling elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems while maintaining high standards.
• Comply with all store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Enjoys multitasking in a busy retail environment.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating courage, empathy for customers and co‑workers, and results‑oriented performance.

Compensation
Pay range: higher of the local, state, or federal minimum wage or $15.15 – $25.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
