• Ensure purchase orders are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.
• Research and resolve outbound discrepancies by scanning locations with a mobile device and following all correct processes.
• Use Mango reports, programs, and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow defective merchandise procedures to receive credits.
• Maintain on‑hand inventory integrity by reviewing discrepancies, determining root causes, and adjusting counts as needed.
• Oversee price change completion, location code integrity, inventory level management, and adjustments.
• Coordinate store preparation for periodic full‑store physical inventories.
• Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and share knowledge with other store associates.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center departments to implement proper inventory controls.
• Partner with management to report issues and find solutions for inventory concerns.
• Complete additional inventory functions assigned by management.

• Retail store experience preferred.

$18.00–$19.00 per hour.
