Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients.
  • Uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small‑business clients, offering appropriate solutions and connecting clients to specialists.
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services and support clients with self‑service or transactional activities.
  • Provide exceptional client care and proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and consistent follow‑up routines.
  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small‑business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Educate and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
  • Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines (e.g., opening accounts, account maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping).
  • Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment.
  • In lieu of one year of sales experience, previously held the role of Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, Credit Solutions Advisor, or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborative, builds and nurtures strong relationships, demonstrates passion and drive to improve clients’ financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients (in‑person and by phone).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
  • Effective time‑management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Is a commissioned notary or can obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or a related field.
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
  • Experience in an environment with individual or team goals routinely met or exceeded.
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and prior experience with laptop technology.
  • Active listening, business acumen, customer and client focus, oral communication, problem solving, account management, client experience, branding, client management, client solutions advisory, relationship building, business development, pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, and referral management.
Minimum Education
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and Hours

1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.

Pay & Benefits
  • $25.00 – $31.37 hourly pay, based on experience, education and skill set.
  • Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan.
  • Benefits eligible with industry‑leading benefits and paid time off.
