I began my career as an educator and school principal before becoming a nurse, and eventually a nurse entrepreneur serving older adults. Across every season of my work, one truth has remained constant:

Behind every smooth schedule, every calm client interaction, and every excellent experience is someone quietly orchestrating the details. That someone could be you.

This role is for a person who:

You will coordinate schedules, manage communication, support systems, and ensure that our clients and care team experience seamless service. You are not “just filling shifts.” You are protecting standards. You are safeguarding trust.
