Data & Security Project Manager

In the United States, we provide turnkey solutions for industrial and commercial clients specializing in Data Infrastructure, Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection), Electrical Services, and Design‑Build Solutions.

As we continue to expand across the United States, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead Data Infrastructure and Security projects from award through closeout while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial success.

Duties & Responsibilities Project Management ul liPlan, organize, and manage Data Infrastructure and Security projects from initiation through completion. liEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
liDevelop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and timelines. liMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management. liIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns. liCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project execution. liManage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, closeout documents, and reporting requirements. liAssist with customer invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
liOversee project financials, forecasting, labor productivity, and budget performance. /ul Data Infrastructure Responsibilities ul liManage structured cabling, fiber optic, network infrastructure, and low‑voltage communication projects. liEnsure compliance with TIA/EIA, BICSI, ANSI, NEC, and customer‑specific standards. liCoordinate installation, testing, certification, and turnover of data infrastructure systems. liSupport project estimating, procurement, and material management activities. /ul Security Systems Responsibilities ul liManage installation and implementation of Access Control, CCTV, Video Management Systems, Intrusion Detection, and related security technologies.
liCoordinate system integration activities with customers, manufacturers, and commissioning teams. liEnsure security systems are installed, tested, programmed, and commissioned according to project specifications. liCollaborate with manufacturers and technology partners to ensure proper deployment and functionality of security solutions. liSupport troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues throughout project execution. /ul Leadership & Team Development ul liProvide leadership and direction to field supervisors, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
liConduct regular project meetings and workforce planning sessions. liComplete performance management activities including coaching, performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions when necessary. liServe as a technical and operational resource for project teams. liPromote and enforce company safety standards and best practices. /ul Client Relations ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, utilities, permitting agencies, and project stakeholders.
liRepresent Bachner Electro USA professionally throughout all phases of project execution. liSupport business development efforts through customer engagement and project success. /ul Qualifications Required ul liMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in Data Infrastructure, Security Systems, Low Voltage, or Construction environments. liStrong experience managing structured cabling, fiber optic, low‑voltage, and/or electronic security projects.
liExperience with project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management. liExperience coordinating field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement. liStrong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and construction documentation. liAbility to…
