• • Plan,organize,andmanage
    
    Data Infrastructure and Securityprojectsfrominitiationthroughcompletion .
  • Ensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,ontime,within budget,andaccordingtoclientrequirements.
  • Developprojectschedules,resource plans,budgets,and timelines.
  • Monitorprojectprogressandprovideregularupdatestoclientsandseniormanagement.
  • Identifyprojectrisksandimplementmitigationstrategiestoavoiddelaysandcostoverruns.
  • Coordinatewithclients,subcontractors,vendors,suppliers,andinternalteamsthroughoutprojectexecution.
  • Manageprojectdocumentation,change orders,RFIs,submittals,closeout documents,andreportingrequirements.
  • Assistwithcustomerinvoicingandensureaccurateandtimelybilling.
  • Overseeprojectfinancials,forecasting,labor productivity,andbudgetperformance.

• • Managestructuredcabling,fiber optic,network infrastructure,andlow-voltagecommunicationprojects.
  • EnsurecompliancewithTIA/EIA,BICSI,ANSI,NEC,and customer-specific standards.
  • Coordinate installation,testing,certification,andturnoverofdatainfrastructuresystems.
  • Supportprojectestimating,procurement,andmaterialmanagementactivities.

• • Manageinstallationandimplementationof Access Control ,CCTV,Video Management Systems ,Intrusion Detection,andrelatedsecuritytechnologies.
  • Coordinatesystemintegrationactivitieswithcustomers,manufacturers,andcommissioningteams.
  • Ensuresecuritysystemsareinstalled,tested,programmed,andcommissionedaccordingtoprojectspecifications.
  • Collaboratewithmanufacturersandtechnologypartnerstoensureproperdeploymentandfunctionalityofsecuritysolutions.
  • Supporttroubleshootingandresolutionoftechnicalissuesthroughoutprojectexecution.

• • Provideleadershipanddirectiontofieldsupervisors,foremen,technicians,and subcontractors.
  • Conductregularprojectmeetingsandworkforceplanningsessions.
  • Completeperformancemanagementactivitiesincludingcoaching,performance reviews,development plans,anddisciplinaryactionswhennecessary.
  • Serveasatechnicalandoperationalresourceforprojectteams.
  • Promoteandenforcecompanysafetystandardsandbestpractices.

• • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,contractors,utilities,permitting agencies,andprojectstakeholders.
  • Represent Bachner Electro USAprofessionallythroughoutallphasesofprojectexecution.
  • Supportbusinessdevelopmenteffortsthroughcustomerengagementandprojectsuccess.

• • Minimum5yearsofexperienceasa Project Manager ,Superintendent,orsimilarleadershiprolein
    
    Data Infrastructure,Security Systems,Low Voltage,or Construction environments.
  • Strongexperiencemanagingstructuredcabling,fiber optic,low-voltage,and/orelectronicsecurityprojects.
  • Experiencewithprojectbudgeting,forecasting,invoicing,andfinancialmanagement.
  • Experiencecoordinatingfieldlabor,subcontractors,vendors,andmaterialprocurement.
  • Strongunderstandingofprojectscheduling,project controls,andconstructiondocumentation.
  • Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
  • Excellent communication,leadership,organizational,and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingnesstotravelthroughoutthecontinental United Statesasneeded .

• • Bachelor'sDegreein Construction Management ,Engineering,Project Management,orrelatedfield.
  • Experience with Access Control ,CCTV,Intrusion Detection,andintegratedsecurityplatforms.
  • Experiencewithstructuredcabling,fiber optics,andnetworkinfrastructureprojects.
  • Experiencebiddingpublicandprivateprojects.
  • OSHA
    30
    
    Certification.
  • KnowledgeofANSI,TIA,EIA,BICSI,NEC,andsecurityindustrystandards.
  • IndustrycertificationssuchasBICSI,LenelS2,Genetec,Honeywell,Avigilon,Hanwha,orequivalentareaplus.
