Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Up to $175k + bonus

Our client, a growing organization in the environmental services industry, is hiring a Manager of FP&A. This is a highly visible opportunity within an acquisitive organization that has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling capabilities, leadership experience, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable presentations for executive leadership and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive-level and Board presentations utilizing Power Point
• Manage, mentor, and develop two Senior Financial Analysts
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on financial and operational initiatives
• Support investment analysis and evaluation of growth opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial visibility
• Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and overall business performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Prior experience managing or mentoring financial analysts
• Strong PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
