Second Shift Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing

$100,000-$140,000 + Benefits
Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-1:30 AM
A growing food manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Second Shift Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a highly automated production facility. This is an opportunity to take ownership of shift performance, develop a strong technical team, and directly improve equipment uptime, reliability, and production results.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop the second-shift maintenance team.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and daily work assignments.
- Troubleshoot industrial electrical, mechanical, automation, and robotic systems.
- Improve CMMS execution, equipment reliability, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Partner with Production and Engineering to reduce downtime.
- Maintain strong safety, GMP, sanitation, LOTO, and OSHA standards.
- Manage contractors, vendors, spare parts, and shift handoffs.
- Maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with automation, robotics, packaging, freezing, cooking, or food-processing equipment.
- Proven ability to lead technicians and manage competing maintenance priorities.
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Competitive salary of $100,000-$140,000.
