LPN - Detox

Job Summary

LPN – Detox in an outpatient clinic, day shift (Mon‑Fri) with no weekend or night work. Working in the state of New Jersey. The role involves providing care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The LPN will provide nursing care to patients in the outpatient detox setting, administer medications, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in New Jersey.
• New graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Preferred: 1+ years of clinical experience in substance abuse, behavioral/mental health, psychiatry, or addiction medicine.
• Experience dispensing medication or administering methadone is a plus.
